The general assembly of the Association « Les amis d’Ismail Kadaré » took place on May 27th in the Albania House in Paris XIVth. Thanks to Gjerg Themeli and Zamir Mati to have welcomed this meeting.
Mireille Clapot, president, presented the activity and moral reports ; she exposed perspectives for the coming year. Marie Manot, treasurer, presented the financial report.
The two reports were unanimously adopted.
THen the assembly welcomed Maud Gatel, counselor of Paris et former Member of the Parliament, who, on our suggestion, proposed a resolution to the Counsel of Paris to affix a plaque on the 63 boulevard Saint-Michel where lived the family Kadaré during his exile to Paris.
